About Summer Camp

Summer Camp at CLW is an experience to last you a lifetime and here is an example of one week here at CLW. Friends, adventures, tubing swimming, crafts, Bible study, singing, campfires, s'mores, capture the flag, build a rocket, ride a horse, paddle a raft, and much much more. We have caring counselors, good cooks, and dynamic speakers. It's an all-volunteer staff, and that means two extra values for you: they are here for you, it's not just a job and we are able to keep your cost extra low.

There are several weeks to choose from, and within a week of camp, there are a wide range of activities. It all serves one purpose, to glorify Jesus Christ as we learn of Him and worship Him together. Be a part of a wonderful week of camp!

Family Camp 2013

A whole week of Summer Camp Fun for the WHOLE FAMILY! Lots of Fun and Adventure for young and old with opportunities for Mom and Dad to take a break while our staff keep the kids busy with fun games and activities. Here's a sample schedule so you can get an idea of what we'll be doing this year!

Teen Camp12 Day Program

Our Teen Camp Program is geared towards Teens ages 13-17 and focuses on sharing the gospel, discipleship, and loads of FUN!  A typical week of Teen Camp includes whitewater rafting, tubing, hiking, climbing, and a variety of activities geared for fun and a challenge or two! Like all our other programs our chapel sessions, cabin times, and solo times are set up to challenge them in their walk with Christ along with evangelizing the lost and sharing with them the Hope and Peace found in a relationship with Him as their personal Lord and Savior. A week or two of fun and fellowship is what Teen Camp is all about at C.L.W.!

Junior Camps

Junior Camp is for boys and girls ages 7-12 years old. Activities include handcrafts, tubing, horseback riding, gem mining, climbing wall and Alpine Tower, swimming, archery, riflery, and much much more. Chapel times are geared for evangelism and teaching some basic biblical principles and doctrines with opportunity for Bible memory, bible drills, and question and answer sessions as well as testimony time during campfire.

Scholarships

Scholarship funds are available for a week of camp, due to generous donations.  To apply for a scholarship, simply write a note with the camper's and parent's names, the reason for the request, and the amount requested, either a dollar amount or percentage.  Please keep the requested amount as low as possible, since scholarship funds are limited and we want as many to benefit as possible.  Please sign and date the note and send it with the camper application form.

Help Send a Kid to Camp!
Many kids can't afford a week of camp, even at the low rates we offer. If you know of a child who would like to attend camp and can't afford it or if you would like to donate to the Camper Scholarship fund please click the button below.
